  • Exchange Rate is subject to change any time as per Central Bank's Foreign Currency Exchange Policy.
  • Our standard C/In time is 1400hrs and C/O is 1200hrs. For early arrivals, rooms are guaranteed (immediate check-in) if booked from the night before.
  • Any Stay Extension should be requested in advance and approval is based upon availability.
  • A No Show Bill for one night will be charged if the cancellation message is not committed before 72 hours of arrival. Date change should be communicated clearly as well.
  • For Group reservation a No Show Bill for one night will be charged if the cancellation message is not communicated before 15 days of the arrival.
  • If amendments are made during group stay, they will be charged in full according to the previous booking.
  • Early check out should be communicated at least 24 hours earlier from the check out time or else minimum one-night room rent will be charged.
  • Airport pick-up & Drop is chargeable US15++, Buy one get one basis, If Guest takes only airport drop then it will be chargeable.
